The first step of the engineering team is earth moving. At this stage we perform the necessary earth movements to define the levels of the work: Ramps, walkways, streets and plateaus of the warehouses. Every process follows parameters defined by current standards and is supervised by the technological control team, performing tests on the material and monitoring the entire execution process.
The deep foundation has the function of transmitting the building load on the ground. This in turn offers strength and stability for the whole set. Foundation dimensioning is based on local soil analysis and the supported structure load.
In this step we make all the assembly of precast elements, including pillars, beams and slabs. These elements are intended to transmit the load of the roof and metal structure to the foundation. The pillars are set in the crowning blocks, ensuring stability to the structure.
The metal roof is supported on the structure of precast pillars. The goal is to ensure tightness of the building with greater storage efficiency, as well as structural stability, greater thermal comfort, ventilation and natural lighting, reducing costs in electricity consumption
The industrial floor we build is the activity which the company has developed its greatest expertise. At this stage we build the concreting of the floor using the “laser screed”, high performance equipment in relation to leveling and flatness. The structural concrete used has high strength, together with the use of “Dramix” (metallic fibers that guarantee greater resistance to the floor). With this process, we dramatically reduce the possibility of pathologies, making customer operation more efficient.
Our warehouses have a complete fire fighting and prevention system. Projects include sprinkler nozzles throughout the roof, as well as fire hydrants and fire extinguishers. We have an automatic pump activation system and smoke sensors.
In all our projects, we install LED lamps, ensuring greater energy efficiency. With this, we generate direct savings to the tenant of our warehouses
